Well, I am taking a step toward my dream! I posted on craigslist the following message:
Are you looking for a wedding planner or a party planner to give you a hand on for a special occasion? Are you on a budget, and don't think you can afford help? My name is Cassey, and I would like to help you! I have several years of event planning experience, but none that I could put on my resume as a "job". Because of that, I am willing to charge a fraction of the cost a normal planner would charge!
I have planned kids parties, weddings, business events, etc. I am now wanting to open my own event planning business, and I would like to start small, to build my portfolio!
If you have an event coming up, please, let me know! I would love to talk to you!
