Very bad news.....over $700 to completely fix it, and between $400 and $500 to put a "bandaid" on it. That is HORRENDOUS!! I don't have that kind of money to spend on a car that is going to break down again in another month or so! I have no idea what I am going to do, but I am trying to figure it out. All I can say is....
THIS SUCKS!

Girl if i were you I would let one of your male friends take it to the shop(a different one) and see if they tell him the same thing..I've seen time and time again where some of these places take advantage of women..because most of us(I know i don't) don't know alot about cars and the needs they have...besides the basics...and they might tell ya it needs crap it doesn't even need.
Just a thought...
I hope like hell you can get by cheaper than that...especially this time of year...
