I just don't know what else I can do to make my boss happy. I work my ass off, occasionally take work and do it from home (without getting paid!), I took a cut in my take home pay so that I could become an employee instead of contract labor, I have ALSO had my overtime taken away, I do a little bit of EVERYTHING in the office and am getting underpaid for it, and am seriously underappreciated.
I think I might start looking for another job. Maybe there is an opening where Kelly works.
I don't know. It is currently just a thought running through my head. It seems like my boss is trying to find reasons to write me up and now one more write up and I am fired. If she is looking hard enough, she will find a reason, so maybe I should go ahead and look now. That is a really sad thought....I love the company I am working for, and their mission. I feel like this is where I need to be, but I feel like I am being pushed away every other day.
Okay, I can't talk about this right now, because I am just going to cry if I do.
